Many years ago, I got into trouble over someone called Julie Mullens, who was from Northern Ireland. I had a bad cold and this lady phoned me to ask about something. I had to call her back, but had misheard her name as Julie Melons. Unknown to me (I'd never met the woman), she had a massive pair of knockers and was deeply unimpressed when I asked to speak to Miss Melons. The following week, I was called into the manager's office and given a right telling off. Protests of innocence were not entertained.

Got a guy in our golf society in work called Ronald MacDonald. He is in his 70s and said when McDonalds came up with the idea he could not believe his bad luck. Also had a Doctor in work called Dr Foster and one of our departments relocated to Gloucester and he went with them. You do the math. Not joking on either of those.
